Buster Wilson
Buster Wilson (Ne-Ga-Dzee) is a member of the Fort Rupert band of the Kwakiutl nation. For many generations his people have been noted for the excellence of their art, achieving international recognition. Buster has honoured this rich tradition by using its powerful imagery as the basis for his art. Self-taught, Buster has incorporated the experience of contemporary life with the personal vision gained through deep and frequent meditation. The result is an artwork of rare beauty, knowledge, and spirituality.
