The Haida Bentwood Box Cotton Tapestry, also called Great Box Considered, is a contemporary recreation by the brothers Jaalen and Gwaai Edenshaw as an effort to understand the work of an unnamed 19th-century Haida Master artist. The rediscovery and exploration of this Box has been a source of growth for Gwaai and Jaalen. The return of this child of the Great Box brings the knowledge held in its four walls back home where the box will be used.
